During pregnancy many of you asked me what products I used to support my skin and whether something really helped me prevent stretch marks. I didn’t want to share anything too early, because I wanted to see the results on my own body first. Now, after completing my pregnancy journey and observing how my skin reacted, I finally feel ready to talk about it openly and honestly.

I was fortunate not to get any new stretch marks during pregnancy. I already had a few on my hips before, so of course I worried that pregnancy would bring more. To this day I can’t say with absolute certainty what exactly made the difference. Maybe it was genetics, as many people tend to believe, or maybe it was consistent care and the products I chose. Most likely, it was a combination of both. But I want to share my routine with you anyway, because even if genetics plays a role, supporting your skin never hurts.

The main product I relied on was Body Treatment Oil. Throughout the nine months I finished two full bottles. I applied it twice a day — in the morning after a shower and in the evening before bed. I massaged it gently into my belly, breasts, and hips, trying to give myself a few minutes of calmness and connection with my body. The oil left my skin soft, nourished, and more elastic, which I believe played an important role.

In addition to the oil, I regularly used the C+C Vitamin Body Cream. I loved the texture and the brightening effect it gave to my skin. From time to time, especially when I felt dryness or dullness, I added the Anti-Age Talasso-Scrub to exfoliate gently and stimulate blood circulation. Exfoliation helped my skin absorb other products better and kept it smooth and renewed.

And one more product that has been with me for several years now is the Xemose Cerat Relipidant Anti-Irritations. I used it daily as a basic body cream, especially on days when my skin felt sensitive or dry. It helped maintain consistent hydration, which is extremely important during pregnancy when the skin is stretching rapidly and needs extra support.

I’m sharing this routine not as a magical formula, but simply as what worked for me. Every woman’s body is unique, and each pregnancy is different. Still, caring for your skin consistently, choosing high-quality products, and listening to what your body needs can make a huge difference.

If you have your own favorite products that helped you during pregnancy, feel free to share them. Other women might find your experience helpful too.
