Visited The Great Elephant Migration in Meatpacking, and it left such a strong impression on me. When you suddenly see one hundred life-size elephants right in the middle of the city, it instantly makes you stop. There is something so peaceful and powerful about them standing together, almost as if they are quietly telling their own story. What makes this exhibition truly special is the meaning behind it. All sculptures are handmade from lantana — a fast-growing invasive weed that spreads so aggressively it pushes many animals out of their natural habitats. I love the idea of transforming something harmful into something beautiful and using it to bring attention to a real environmental problem. It feels like a reminder that even the smallest things in nature are connected, and when something goes wrong, everything around feels the impact. Another beautiful part of this project is that you can buy one of the sculptures or simply donate to support the mission. All proceeds go toward helping elephants protect and restore their natural habitats. I appreciate when art doesn’t just decorate a space but actually tries to change something in the world, even if it’s one small step at a time. If you’re in New York, this exhibition is definitely worth seeing. It’s not just visually impressive — it makes you think, feel and reflect on how fragile nature is and how important it is to protect it.

Today is Earth Day, and instead of simply celebrating it with a cheerful message, I want to bring your attention to the challenges our planet is facing right now. It’s easy to say “Happy Earth Day,” but it’s much harder to acknowledge how deeply our daily choices — including the clothes we buy — affect the world we live in. That’s why I want to share the manifesto written by @janessaleone, which perfectly expresses how the fashion industry must evolve if we want real change. The manifesto begins with a powerful idea: there is nothing left to sustain. Our planet is no longer in a state where “sustainability” is enough. We have already gone far beyond the point where maintaining the current situation is a solution. Instead, we must regenerate. We must repair what has been damaged, restore what has been neglected, and allow natural systems to return to the balance they once had. The message is clear — we cannot keep interrupting the ecosystems that give us life. Another important point is the disconnect between brands, people, and the land that produces the fibers we use. The manifesto calls for the end of that disconnect. Fashion cannot continue to exist as if it has no responsibility to the planet and communities involved in the creation of its products. Transparency, accountability, and synergy are the only way forward. If we want a better future, brands need to clean up their act and stop pretending that a “sustainable” label is enough. This is a reminder that fashion holds tremendous power. It influences culture, trends, and even the way we see ourselves. But it also shapes the world we leave behind. We cannot keep valuing aesthetics without valuing the environment that makes them possible. The vision we should strive for is a future where fashion becomes a force for good — where beautiful, timeless pieces are created with intention, care, and respect for the planet. On this Earth Day, let’s think beyond “sustainability.” Let’s think about regeneration, responsibility, and the role we all play. Our choices matter more than we often realize.

My beautiful Ukraine. I keep searching for the right words, yet nothing seems strong enough to reflect the pain, fear, and heartbreak I feel when I think about what my country and my people are going through. Even though I am thousands of miles away, distance does not lessen the emotional weight. It does not protect me from the constant worry, the late-night thoughts, or the helplessness that comes from watching your homeland fight for its survival. Every message, every news update, every story of resilience or loss feels like it cuts straight through me. And still, I know that whatever I feel is only a shadow of what Ukrainians are living through every single day. I pray for everyone in Ukraine — for families hiding in shelters, for children who should never have to understand what war is, for the elderly who have seen more suffering than any human should, and for our brave defenders who continue to protect our country with a level of courage most people will never fully comprehend. Their strength is something extraordinary. It’s the kind of strength that comes from love for your land, your people, your history, and your future. I believe in them, and I believe in Ukraine. Despite all the darkness, I feel that victory is near. It has to be, because the spirit of Ukraine has already proven that it cannot be broken. What I want to ask from you — no matter where you live — is simple: do not stay silent. Silence becomes a weapon in the hands of those who spread violence and fear. Let the world know what is happening. Talk about it, share the truth, stand with Ukraine in every way you can. Awareness matters. Voices matter. Pressure matters. There are moments in history when choosing to “stay out of politics” is actually choosing a side, and this is one of those moments. And to my followers from Russia: do not let yourselves be fooled or manipulated. This is not your war. This is not something you chose. But you do have a choice now — the choice to speak up, to refuse to support a dictatorship, to use your voice in whatever safe way you can. I know it takes courage, and I know it can be dangerous, but silence only strengthens the system that brought this tragedy upon Ukraine and upon your own people as well. The world is watching, history is watching, and one day you will look back and remember what you chose to stand for. As for me, I will continue praying, speaking, and supporting my country in every way possible. Ukraine has already shown the world what true resilience looks like, and I am endlessly proud to call it my home.

I am genuinely happy to see how many organizations are shifting their attention toward sustainable fashion. More brands are becoming conscious of their impact and choosing to step away from the fast-fashion model that has dominated the industry for so long. They invest more effort into designing, manufacturing, and distributing clothing in ways that respect both the environment and the communities involved in production. This change is not just about trends; it is about responsibility and the desire to rethink how fashion can exist without placing such a heavy burden on the planet. But the transition to sustainability cannot rely solely on companies. Consumers play an equally important role. Each of us has the power to influence demand, and with that power comes responsibility. A greener wardrobe does not require a complete lifestyle overhaul. It starts with small, thoughtful steps that gradually become habits. One of the simplest ways to support sustainability is to pay attention to where and how clothes are made. Choosing pieces produced locally or garments created from natural and organic materials already makes a significant difference. Fabrics dyed with eco-friendly pigments, items designed with zero-waste principles, or clothing made from recycled and up-cycled materials are all meaningful alternatives. Another essential part of sustainable fashion is learning to care for the clothes we already own. Proper maintenance is often overlooked, yet it can extend the life of a garment far beyond what most people expect. Mending small tears, tailoring pieces to fit better, or refreshing items instead of immediately replacing them is a quiet but powerful contribution to reducing waste. A well-maintained wardrobe is not only more sustainable but also more personal and expressive. Many people ask if it truly matters whether they buy eco-friendly clothes. My answer is always yes. Every responsible purchase supports companies that are trying to change the industry. Every mindful choice reduces waste, lowers environmental pressure, and encourages better standards. Ultimately, it is not just brands that shape the world of fashion; it is us. Our daily decisions influence what becomes mainstream and what values dominate the market. So I want to ask you: do you buy eco-friendly clothing or pay attention to how your garments are made? These small choices build a larger movement. Together, we can reshape fashion into something more ethical, thoughtful, and respectful of the planet. And thank you again for this beautiful present and for contributing, even in small ways, to making our world a better place.

I used to live in a very judgmental society, a place where people always seemed to know better than you how you should look, what you should wear, and even how you should live your life. It was the kind of environment where every step felt observed, evaluated, and quietly criticized. Over time, you begin to shrink without even noticing it. You adjust your choices, your appearance, your voice, and even your dreams just to avoid unnecessary comments or raised eyebrows. You learn to make yourself smaller so that others have less to judge. For many years I carried that weight without questioning it. I convinced myself that such pressure was normal, that it was simply how life worked. But the truth is, living in an atmosphere where you constantly feel the need to defend your choices leaves deep marks. It makes you doubt your instincts and disconnects you from your real self. You start measuring your worth through someone else’s standards, not through your own sense of identity. Moving to the United States felt like taking a full, deep breath after years of shallow breathing. For the first time in my life, I felt what it meant to exist without the constant need to justify myself. I could choose the way I wanted to look, dress, speak, or act without expecting a wave of unsolicited opinions. The absence of judgment was so unfamiliar at first that I didn’t trust it. But slowly, day by day, I learned to let go of old fears and step into a space where authenticity was finally allowed. This sense of freedom didn’t come from a specific moment or experience. It grew gradually, the way light fills a room through an open window. I started noticing how much calmer I felt getting dressed in the morning, how much more confident I sounded when making decisions, how much easier it became to express myself without rehearsing every word in my head. I realized that when no one is trying to force you into a frame, you finally have the chance to discover who you truly are. Sometimes change comes not from adding something new, but from removing what has been suffocating you for years. Leaving a judgmental society allowed me to reconnect with myself, to hear my own voice again, and to choose my path based on what feels right for me. And that, for me, is one of the most valuable freedoms I have ever experienced. Have you ever had a moment in your life when you suddenly felt free to be yourself?

I think many of us are finishing this year with a complex mix of emotions. It was a time that challenged us in different ways, pushed us to grow, and reminded us that life is never a straight line. Yet, no matter how turbulent certain moments felt, this year also gave us countless reasons to pause, reflect and appreciate what we have. For me, the greatest lesson was learning to notice small things, value stability and stay close to the people who truly matter. This year became especially meaningful because it gifted us our little bun and introduced me to a role that is entirely new and deeply transformative. Becoming a mother reshaped my daily life, my priorities and even my perception of time. There is something almost indescribable about observing how a new life grows, changes and reacts to the world, and how you gradually grow together with it. Motherhood is not only about care or responsibility; it is a journey that teaches patience, trust in yourself and gratitude for the simplest moments. Looking back, I realize that the most important thing we can do is maintain a clear, calm mindset and protect our inner and outer balance. Life will always bring its share of challenges, but it will also bring warmth, support and small joys that are easy to overlook if we are constantly rushing. This year reminded me to slow down, appreciate the present and stay open to whatever comes next. As we step into the new year, I want to carry this sense of gratitude and quiet confidence forward. Every ending becomes a new beginning, and I hope the next chapter will bring us all more clarity, inspiration and moments that genuinely matter.

Recently I came across a few direct messages that honestly made me feel a little sad. Some of them suggested that I focus too much on my body and the way it looks, as if this attention comes from a place of pressure or self-obsession. But the truth is much simpler. Part of my online space naturally revolves around wellness, workouts, recovery, and confidence, because these are the topics you ask me about the most. I share my routine, my progress, and my thoughts not to create an illusion of perfection, but to show that caring for your body can be a healthy and fulfilling part of life. For me, loving your body means appreciating it in all its forms, including its changes, imperfections, and phases. It means building a relationship with yourself where you can grow, adjust, and improve without judgment. My message has never been “look at my perfect body.” It has always been about accepting yourself fully and celebrating even the smallest steps you take toward self-respect and self-love. Many of the flaws we see are only visible to us because we overthink them. I want you to feel confident in your own skin and proud of the efforts you make, no matter how small they may seem. When it comes to content, I genuinely want this space to feel meaningful and relevant to you. That is why I believe the most honest approach is simply to ask what you truly want to see here. Maybe you prefer content related to workouts, nutrition, and body awareness. Maybe you are more interested in motherhood, postpartum experiences, and daily life with a baby. Perhaps fashion, beauty, routines, or even lighthearted videos bring you the most joy. I want to understand what inspires you and what supports you in your own journey. Ladies, tell me what you are most curious about and what topics you want me to focus on. This space has always been shaped by your interest, and I want to keep it that way.

I deeply admire the people across Belarus who have found the strength to unite and stand together in peaceful demonstrations. Despite fear and constant pressure, they continue to defend their right to freedom and dignity. Their courage is not abstract; it is expressed in the quiet determination of ordinary citizens who step into the streets knowing the risks that await them. The response from the authorities has been brutal. Peaceful demonstrators face stun grenades, rubber bullets, harsh detentions and water cannons. Many are targeted simply for being present, not for any act of wrongdoing. The purpose of this violence is clear: to intimidate, silence and create fear even among those who have never protested before. It is a display of complete disregard for human life and moral principles. What is happening in Belarus is not an isolated political moment. It is a struggle for basic human rights and for the possibility of living in a society where people are not punished for their voice. Each person who steps out to protest becomes part of a larger story of resistance, proving that even when fear is used as a weapon, solidarity can be stronger. Right now, Belarusians need international attention and support. The world cannot turn away or forget what they are facing. Sharing verified information, raising awareness and speaking about their situation matters more than many realize. Even small actions from outside can help protect those who continue to risk their safety on the streets. Let us support the people of Belarus and stand with them in their pursuit of democracy. Their resilience is a reminder that freedom requires both courage and collective responsibility, and today they should not feel alone in this battle.

There are moments when we all need a quiet reminder of what truly matters. World Environment Day is exactly that kind of moment. It brings our attention back to something we often take for granted: the place we live, breathe, and build our lives on. Sometimes I wish I could close my eyes for a second and open them in a future where people live in genuine harmony with nature. A future where the phrase “preserve nature” is not just a slogan but an everyday, conscious practice woven into the way we live. Unfortunately, today’s reality looks very different. The extinction of countless species, the pollution of the oceans, the exhaustion of soil, and the accelerating climate changes are all consequences of human activity. They are not abstract problems happening somewhere far away; they directly influence the world we live in. And sometimes, one single event is enough to remind us of how fragile our environment truly is. The massive fuel spill in Siberia is a recent example. It is considered one of the largest environmental disasters ever seen in the Arctic region. Fuel has already entered rivers flowing into a lake connected to the Kara Sea. If it reaches the sea itself, the entire ecosystem of the region will be threatened. These are not just numbers or news headlines; these are real landscapes, real waters, real species living on the edge because of human actions. Incidents like this make one thing very clear: the future of our planet depends on us. On our choices, our habits, our level of awareness. If we truly want to keep the beauty, diversity, and life of our planet safe, we must act consciously today. Every small step matters. And the earlier we realize this responsibility, the more chances we have to see that harmonious future we dream about.

I truly believe that the world needs love now more than ever. We live in a time of constant movement, change, and tension, where people are often focused on being right instead of being kind. And while the phrase “love thy neighbor” sounds simple and familiar, living by it in a real and meaningful way is far more complicated. It becomes especially difficult in a society where some individuals consider themselves superior simply because others look, think, or behave differently. Yet when you think about how diverse our world is, it becomes clear that diversity should never be a source of conflict or division. On the contrary, it is one of the greatest strengths humanity has. Different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences create a richer, more colorful world. But to see this as a strength, we need to shift our mindset. We need to stop perceiving differences as threats and begin seeing them as opportunities to grow, connect, and understand. Sometimes it is necessary to pause for a moment and reflect on the nature of love and hate. Nelson Mandela once said, “No one is born hating another person.” This idea is incredibly powerful because it means that hate is something learned. And if hate can be learned, then love can be learned too. It becomes a choice we make in our daily lives. A choice to listen instead of judge, to try to understand instead of dismiss, to build bridges instead of walls. Education plays an important role in this process. When we understand more about the world, about other cultures, and about the experiences of people around us, we naturally become more empathetic. Knowledge opens the door to compassion. It gives us the ability to recognize that behind every person there is a story we know nothing about, and that story deserves respect. Kindness is another powerful tool we often underestimate. A simple action, a sincere word, or a moment of support can make someone’s day easier and remind them that they are not alone. When communities operate on kindness and mutual respect, they become stronger, healthier, and more connected. But everything begins with the individual. Your thoughts and actions today shape the world you will live in tomorrow. If you choose compassion over judgment, understanding over assumptions, and love over indifference, you contribute to a better and more humane future. Let’s not wait for perfect conditions or for someone else to make the first move. Change starts within us. The more love we choose to express, the more love the world will reflect back. Let’s spread it in every way we can.
