The most common question I get is about my diet — what I eat, how I structure my meals, and how many calories I consume in a day. I’ll share my daily meal plan very soon, but before that, I want to explain the principles behind how I build my way of eating. For me, everything starts with having a healthy relationship with food and understanding what your own body truly needs. Food is not supposed to be your enemy, and neither is your body.

A healthy lifestyle doesn’t begin with forcing yourself to eat quinoa while dreaming about a slice of pizza. That approach never stays with you for long. Real change appears when there is harmony between your body and your mind — when you start to understand what is happening inside you and when you genuinely desire to become a healthier version of yourself.

I have never counted calories, and I genuinely believe you don’t need to if you take time to learn how your body works, what ingredients you choose, and how different foods influence your wellbeing. When you gain this understanding, balance comes naturally. I never starve myself — health has always been my priority, and I love food too much to follow strict, exhausting diets. I can easily enjoy pizza or dessert without letting it challenge my confidence. I trust my daily routine, my rhythm, and my choices. This confidence allows me to stay consistent without pressure or guilt.

A healthy lifestyle should make you happier, not anxious. It should help you feel grounded and in control of your own life — not someone else’s rules. Only you can decide what to eat or avoid, and only you can understand what works best for your body. When you finally find this harmony, you start noticing how much lighter you feel, how much more energy you have, and how deeply this investment pays back — both physically and mentally.

Be gentle with yourself. Listen to your body. Build a lifestyle that supports you, not limits you. And most importantly, find that balance that feels natural, nourishing, and uniquely yours.
