You’ve been asking me a lot about my daily nutrition, so here we are — a little breakdown of my diet and the rules I try to follow on most days. I don’t have anything strict, nothing complicated or hard to maintain. Just simple habits that make me feel good, energized and balanced.

Here are my main rules:

I eat at least 4 times a day
I try to avoid added sugar
No fast food
I don’t eat meat (except chicken) and no dairy (except yogurt, like the one in the picture)
Lots of fruits — especially in the first half of the day — and lots of vegetables

This is how my typical day of eating looks:

8:00 — Breakfast
Usually blended oatmeal with fruits and nuts, or an açaí bowl (no sugar added). Something light but nourishing, just the right start to my day.

10:00 — Snack
A smoothie or yogurt. Something simple, refreshing and easy to digest.

12:00 — First lunch
Quinoa salad or buckwheat with a fresh salad. I need this meal to give me steady energy before the second half of the day.

3:00 — Second lunch
Chicken with grilled veggies, or salmon with peas and cauliflower purée, or lentils with tuna. I always try to have good protein here to support my energy.

6:00–7:00 — Dinner
Always about four hours before I go to bed. We usually eat out for dinner, so it’s Japanese, light Italian or French cuisine. Something flavorful but not too heavy.
And remember — no dessert at dinner!

BUT… rules are there to be broken
On weekends I let myself enjoy something heavier or sweeter. Pasta, desserts, something fun and delicious — but always in moderation. Balance is everything.

And just a little reminder:
This is NOT dietary advice. This is simply what works for me and what makes me feel good in my body. We are all different, and the most important thing is to understand your own needs and find your own balance
