New me challenge: weekly guidance
As I mentioned earlier, I am launching the NEW ME challenge designed specifically for beginners and postpartum women, as these two groups often share similar needs when it comes to building a balanced and sustainable wellness routine. If you are currently pregnant or unable to train right now, you can still join and receive access. You simply begin participating once your doctor confirms that you are ready. I will keep all the information for you so nothing will be missed, and you will be able to start whenever the time is right for you.
My goal is to give you the maximum amount of valuable, practical, and easy-to-apply information without overwhelming you all at once. That is why the challenge will be divided into weekly blocks, each dedicated to one essential area of transformation. During the first week, you will receive clear guidance on how to build a healthy and balanced diet that supports your energy, recovery, and overall well-being. The next two weeks will be fully dedicated to movement, workouts, and everything connected to developing a consistent training routine. In the final week, I will share tips on balance, beauty, and small daily practices that help you feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned with yourself.
Throughout the challenge, I will also share my personal workouts with you three times per week. Additionally, we will have two live sessions where we can meet, train together, and create a sense of community and support. I want this challenge to feel accessible, motivating, and safe for everyone who joins.
The challenge is completely free. The only thing I ask from you is to share this post in your Stories and tag me. I will be creating a private account specifically for the challenge because not all of my followers want to take part, and I want to ensure that the group is made up of those who are genuinely interested and committed.
The NEW ME challenge starts on September 28. In a week, I will share the new account and all further instructions. Stay attentive, stay engaged, and prepare for a month focused on your renewal and well-being.
